Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order has been shipped.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Once an order has entered processing, changes may not be possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Ordilyn is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in locating the shipment whenever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Ordilyn is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
