Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ordilyn.com before sending any items back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
